i have been testing the XC12 and managed to get it stable when using a 2A external PS (my mobile LG phone charger),
the XC12 can load tapes fine, with long/short IRG records etc..

but i do get strange phenomena..
occasionally the EclairXL does a soft reset when i press START or STOP.. it happen after the tape his hooked and working for a while..
currently its random but it happened with two XC12 tapes i got.

ok i just downloaded v8.sof, used the USB Blaster to program and its says 100% successful.
still when i switch on NTSC screen crashes?! is that suppose to happen in this version?

in the Video settings when i select:
Mode: VGA
TV Standard: PAL
the image is not centered on the screen, how can i fix it?
i have noticed that in this mode ExlairXL produce a resolution of 720x576(50HZ) which is not one of the V... ndary

i did follow the instruction on the user manual and on page 6 it did show that i needed the atari800core.arg file
with your SDCARD.RAR i could get the board to boot into the ready prompt..
today i will start to test it..
